Quite the tribute

Grapics: Text motion was very nice. Pictures were just from the internet and papers. So-so overall.
Style: Unoriginal, but we know you care.
Sound: Nice song pick.
Violence: No animated violence. Just pics of planes crashing.
Interactivity: The play button.
Humor: Hell no! This is a tribute to the dead!
Overall: This flash definetly shows that you care for those who dies 5 years ago. No other comment.

Not all good but one of the better tributes

It was kind of short, lacking a play button, and done so many times before, but it was better than some of those old sloppy tributes to Steve Irwin's death. Except, we don't need just a picture and an RIP sign. We need a lot more than that. But what's done is done, and that's all I have to say. Thanks for showing you care about this crisis.

I don't know what side to choose

I'm still trying to decide if this is funny or not. Well, maybe a little. The drawing of Steve Irwin standing was nice but in the water he looked ugly. Style was so-so because it was a unique drawing but there have been a lot of S.I. tributes already. Sound was kind of ugly because the screaming was weird and the director kind of rambled on after the end. No comment on interactivity. Humor was low because I found it slightly funny when he screamed. Overall: Nice drawings, but too short and pissed a lot of us off. But hey. You can say that it at least passed.

Nice work to everyone

I especially liked the first and third comics (The birds looking at the car and the teacher talikng useless crap). I'd hate to be the guy who owned the hot ferrari. And it looks like I'd have to credit the guy who made the comic with the kid and teacher because that seems like a nice excuse when you're falling asleep in class. The only thing I felt missing was a button for scrolling between panels. Not all of us can read that fast (not including me though).
Aside, I really liked it.

RSQViper responds:

Thanks for checking it out and I'm glad you liked it.

That's a double-edge sword with the scrolling buttons. If an artist wants them, they can put them in. Otherwise it goes as-is. As fo rthe speed, belive it or not, I actually slowed some down. LOL!

And I used that excuse all the time when I was in school. =)

Thanks for the review and the support!

You must have a lot on your hands

Part time university student, part time animator, a handful of awards, I'm surprised at how you can keep this kind of thing up! This is now starting to remind me of Halo 2, in which the covenant and marines have to team up in order to stop the big threat (Halo's activation). I really hope to see how the story unfolds even more. In other words, we demand more! OK, not demand, but would like some more.

Anyway, your work rocks!

LogFish responds:

Well I was a busy chap for these episodes - I should be alright with episode 5, since I finished uni and quit my job, heh. So I guess I could say I'm a full time animator, although really I'm just unemployed. Ah well, one must follow their dreams even if you don't get paid to do it, heh. I never played Halo, aren't I a disgrace? I've never played CounterStrike either. Well the next episode should be quite good hopefully and I've got more time to do it so yea, stay tuned! And thanks :)

Future leader...more like future artist!

I really loved how you made this move go back to the decades of crappy silent movies. And this wasn't crappy at all either. Fluent animation, nice toy voices, all that. Maybe this can become a series or collection if you work at it!

Hope to see more from you. Keep working!

starkravenmadd responds:

Doctor Steel songs all have a soul of thier own, I just bring them to a visual level. I have one other in the series to far. Dr Steel's Fibonacci Sequence. Perhaps you can view it too. I hope to be adding more as we move along. Thanks for the view!

I hope you get better

Well, so it got turd of the week, but it got turd fairly, unlike some of those ugly fileswaps out there. And with Mario sprites, when they turn around they don't need animation. All they do is zip right around. I'd also recommend getting a Mario background and other sprites and be sure to keep safe track of your .fla files. If you decide to keep working with flash, hope you get better at it.

You're now on my list of favorites!

I really love the voices you put into these spoofs. Right when I came into the MK collection and saw another part to the MK: AFS series, I was like "Oh, geez. This is going to be good". Seriously, great job on everything again. Now if you'll excuse me, time to hit my "Emergency submit review" button.

Your second set of 3

Congrats on your second set of daily feature, weekly feature, and review crew pick. 3D effects: awesome. Lip-synching: fantastic. Build-up of story: (combine the previous statements). Jeez, I'm kind of getting impatient for the final one to come out...

Another worthy sequel

Right from seeing the title, I figured it'd be you, after seeing your prequel, "Dumbass Mario". Just as funny as the last, accurately depicting Luigi wanting to be as powerful and ass-kicking as Mario. What next "Dumbass" movie will there be, "Dumbass Yoshi" or "Dumbass Toad"?

Yeah, that pretty much describes my room
